Our practice was specifically established to meet the needs of people living with disabilities in our community, and we are a proud National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) registered provider. At Southern Star Care, we can support clients with NDIS funding to increase their independence.
At Southern Star Care, we can support clients with NDIS funding to increase their independence, improve their community access and, where appropriate, strive to participate economically in society. Our founders have been working with children and adults with disabilities for many years, and have a deep understanding of the complex nature of the NDIS and disability support services.
We strive to make your journey through the NDIS a seamless one and have specialised NDIS consultants on hand to assist you with navigating the process.
As a registered NDIS provider, we provide specialised support in Supported Independent Living, and Specialist Disability accommodation, supporting children and adults living with a disability, all across Melbourne.
Accommodating our participants with low care, medium care and high care needs who require long-term accommodation. We do not just stop once we have found our participants the right home. We also provide personalised care and at-home support services.
NDIS in Victoria was introduced in 2013 but the complete rollout was concluded in 2019. The NDIS scheme in Australia has helped many people living with disabilities regain confidence in their lives.
