In-Home Care

Our direct supports can be delivered as a 1:1 or 2:1, depending on the situation, and we always have staff who are ready to start. We aid in self-care, personal tasks and assistance and supporting you in-home.

Household Tasks

Whether that is assisting you with meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, minor home and yard maintenance or any other day-to- day necessities, our team will do our part to provide the support you need, for you!

Active Transport & Public Transport

We are able to help you commute to and from appointments, location and Visiting friends or family, but most importantly we can assist you in learning how to use public transport and other methods of commuting to help improve your independence

Community Participation

We understand the importance of staying connected and being part of the community. Our team can support you in attending social events, recreational activities, shopping trips, community programs, or even exploring new hobbies and interests. These supports are tailored to your goals and preferences, so you can enjoy meaningful experiences while building confidence and independence.

Skill Development

Our direct supports can also help you develop practical skills for everyday living. This may include learning to cook simple meals, managing personal finances, organising your home, or building social and communication skills. We work alongside you to encourage growth and independence, while ensuring you feel supported at every step.
