Southern Star Care prides itself on delivering high quality care to our current and future clients. We see the need for what is lacking in the industry and want to be able to showcase to our families, who have given us the trust to be able to provide these services, that we can be the difference.

Our daily support can be delivered as a 1:1 or 2:1, depending on the situation, and we always have staff who are ready to start. We aid in daily tasks, personal care and involving our clients in the community, to help create independence, improve their living skills and build one’s confidence.

We want to make this experience as fun and welcoming as possible, so that the client is comfortable, engaging and most important, happy with what we provide in order to help make a difference.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been with Southern Star for no more then three months. It was fine for the first few weeks then it has became an absolute nightmare. We asked for one day a week for them to find someone as my current support worker needs one day off during the week. They tell me they are sending someone to support me, there has been no show due the a support worker coming first time to my house only to wrong address.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The Agency was appalling the owners are all about fast money making under N.D.I.S clients. Had no respect for privacy also the support workers were not qualified or trained putting clients at risk. They higher students with no training cause it's cheaper for them. Would not recommend this agency.
Plus the Owner Ali Raza used a disabled women to get his P.R and visa. Not a good look for the owner of the agency working to support the lives of people with Disabilities
