Multiple and Complex Needs Initiative (MACNI)

Multiple and Complex Needs Initiative The Multiple and Complex Needs Initiative (MACNI) is a program within the Department of Health and Human Services.

The model provides intensive services to clients with multiple layers of complexity who frequently experience mental health concerns, substance use issues, acquired brain injury, disability, homelessness and involvement in the criminal justice system.

We work closely with clients, the department and care teams to ensure our clients can improve their quality of life.

It was fine for the first few weeks then it has became an absolute nightmare. We asked for one day a week for them to find someone as my current support worker needs one day off during the week. They tell me they are sending someone to support me, there has been no show due the a support worker coming first time to my house only to wrong address.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The Agency was appalling the owners are all about fast money making under N.D.I.S clients. Had no respect for privacy also the support workers were not qualified or trained putting clients at risk. They higher students with no training cause it's cheaper for them. Would not recommend this agency.
Plus the Owner Ali Raza used a disabled women to get his P.R and visa. Not a good look for the owner of the agency working to support the lives of people with Disabilities
